Forms disabled?

    Hello,

    1- First two forms created worked well and opened correctly as external links on my website.  I did not disable any feature but was not able to preview forms about an hour later.  External links for forms could not be opened as well with same message "form not found". 

    2- I have a Mac.  Private encryption keys downloaded but could not be opened.

    3- I want to have the credit card authorization form be uploaded to my DocuSign account.  Can the form be saved as a PDF or Pages document?

    4- Service hours on your website shows an offer of customer service 24/7.  I have sent one email about the first problem but yet hear from you.

    Please assist.

    The issue has already been addressed, and reason of suspension of account has already been explained with solution at https://www.jotform.com/answers/1102100-Forms-disabled

     

    I had re-activated your account but you need to immediately delete the field that is asking for Credit card information or you can delete the whole form. Your account might be suspended again if you don't do this immediately.
