Hello, I have form-fillers take a photo as part of the form. I'd like to be able to see that entry as an actual image rather than a link in the google sheets integrations. Is this possible and if so, how?

    Hello Jocelyn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support, and we’re sorry you’re having trouble viewing the actual images uploaded to your form, which are mapped in your Google Sheets. Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the images directly in Google Sheets.

Images uploaded in the form are stored in Jotform, so when the data is mapped to Google Sheets, the images are kept in your Jotform account and a link to them is added to the Sheets. But as a workaround, you can manually convert the link to the images to actual images by using the “=Image()" function. This guide will show you how to convert a linked image (=image) into your Google Sheets.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Mary, im trying to achieve the same, but after following the exact steps the image won't pop up. What could be going wrong?

    Hello Rickgout,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support, and we're sorry you're having issues converting the link to the images into actual images in your Google Sheet. I moved your question to a new separate thread and helped you with that here.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
