Get rid of Jotform branding

    So when this is signed there's a simple request for people to sign up. If we have a paid for service why does this branding show up? And how can we get rid of it?

    Hi Ralph,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean that you would like to get rid of Jotform Branding? If yes, you can remove it by following the steps below:

    1. Go to Settings Page.
    2. Scroll down and uncheck the box of "Show Powered by Jotform on my forms".Get rid of Jotform branding Image 1 Screenshot 20

    If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hi,

    Yes when you completed a PDF using the sign builder it still asks you if you want to sign up to Jotform SignUp Builder.

    I want to use the signup builder but with no branding at all.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for getting back to us.  Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Here is your guide on where to find your form URL or you can follow the steps and screencast below:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    • Select Quick Share from the left panel.
    • Look for the Copy Link and click it, then paste it here in the support ticket.

    Hello cfcsweb,

    Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that it is a default behavior when sending the document through email, however, you can avoid this if you send the document using its share link but please note that it's not possible to create a public link for documents with multiple signers, you can do that if there's only one signer. Let me show you how: Let me show you how:

    1. Open your document in Sign Builder, and then click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Under the Invitation Link section, click on Create Link.
    3. Now, just copy the link and share it. That's it.

    While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
