How long does it typically take submissions to clear?

How long on average will it take a submission to go through? I'm curious as I'm waiting for my submissions to go to complete. It's been just about a week for some.

We are currently not having any issues with regards to the submissions. The submission should appear instantly in your Submissions page.

I checked your account and I can see 5 incomplete payments. Here's a guide on How-to-view-incomplete-payments.

It seems that your users are not completing the payments. This is happening when the use did not proceed with the payments after being redirected to the check out page.

You can complete the submission if you like. However, this will not process any payments. It will just transfer to the regular submissions and it will trigger the email alerts. 

I would suggest you to do a test payment in your form. Open it, fill it up and then hit the submit button. In the check out page, put your credentials and complete the check out process.
