hi it seems that there is a lag between submission time stamp and email notification

I have checked the submission received date and time and the email sent time from the email history log. I notice that there is no lag seen. You may check the email history log by following the instructions provided in the guide below:
However, you may be receiving delayed email due to any issue with the email server. Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.
