Hello - I changed my account online back to the free version of Jotform a few weeks ago but my credit card was charged $19 on 3/28/17. I'd like a refund for that charge please.

We do apologize about the trouble you are having with downgraded your account to our free plan.
I did some digging and found a charge for your account from yesterday:Subscription Details
Amount: $19.00 USD Subscription Name: bronze monthly Subscription Number: S-7YJ74065VC5274734 Custom Number: kmcarpenter-monthly
The reason this happened is because your account had a bronze subscription with us using paypal and you must cancel this from within your paypal account to stop it immediately.
Please refer to this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription then once you've cancelled it on your end let us know.
Additionally, I've queued your request for a refund to have this cancelled and reversed for you but, please note that this must be reviewed by our billing team which may take a few days.
