I represent a prison ministry and we will be purchasing a plan from you shortly. I already use your product for my own purposes and am very pleased with it. I have different sites using very similar forms for their websites. Can I password the editing of a form so that someone cannot accidentally make changes to the wrong form of another site.

Unfortunately, we don't have a feature that can put a password to the form to avoid someone edit it accidentally. However, you can ask the other people to create a free account here in JotForm and make them your sub-user. This will limit their access to the forms and submissions. You can control what forms you want to be manage by a certain sub-user. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User
Hope that helps. Let us know if you have questions. Thank you.
