Form views counted while building and testing only the form

First of all, what a great platform! I am building a website for a client and this was exactly the tool I needed. Using JotForm was very intuitive and gave me a surprising amount of control over the styling. I have only a few frustrations: 1) I wish there was some kind of "developer" mode setting where I didn't rack up form views while I am building and testing. 2)

I wish there was a way to export my forms so that I can transfer them between accounts. I built the forms for my client using my own personal account, now I am forced to rebuild all the same forms for their account. 3) I wish I could change my username because that would have made it easier to hand the account over to my client.

Please take a look also on our user guide about account usage limits here.

    User guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-Limits

Previewing the form or testing it only within your Form Builder should not be counted as Form Views. Are you saying that this was not the case for you?

Did the form views counter on your account accumulated even though you haven't published the form yet and was not getting live views?

Try also clearing your form cache.

Perhaps it was just a temporary glitch. Check afterwards if the form views counter changes after clearing your form cache.

Let us know if this issue persist.
