how long will this be disabled for?

I checked your account and you have reached the monthly submissions limit. Your account is now overlimit. That's the reason why you're forms are disabled.
The monthly limits always reset back to 0 every first day of the month. In that case, your form will be enabled on April 01, 2017.
I have now activated your account and give you extra free 10 submissions. Your forms should be working fine now. If you expect more submissions every month, I suggest you to check our paid plans to avoid your forms getting disabled again.
