Are there file limits associated with sending file uploads to Dropbox?

My client is a printer. They need to allow their website visitors to upload large files to their dropbox account. Their website is a wordpress site. When we do file uploads to a dropbox account, are there file limits associated with your form sending? Do the files go through our wordpress installation or go straight to dropbox? I just don't want to have problems for very large files (up to 1GB).

Unfortunately, Dropdown API only supports up to 300MB of a file. Files over 300MB are not being forwarded to Dropbox, but you can download them from your form submissions page.

For file upload limit, check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit.

Also, you need to upgrade your account to our paid plan to increase your file storage limit. Lastly, you cannot bypass our file storage limits. All files are stored on our servers, but you can always delete the files whenever you wish to.
