Can't access account

    Hello,


    We had an account under hcooper@farmjournal.com that we changed to dcataldo@farmjournal.com, however, we now can't see any of the survey forms we used to have. There were over 50 forms.

     

    Please help!

    Hello Amanda,

    I did check your account and found that it is over quota because you have exceeded allowed storage space utilisation. In free account you can only receive 100 MB of uploads but you have already received 163.91 MB.

    To activate your account, you will have to upgrade your account or delete submissions which has file attached. Please note that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well and free up your upload storage space.

    For now, I have gone ahead and activated your account to that you can delete submissions and bring down your storage space utilisation to well within limits.
