After selecting an image to upload from camera roll to the form, its still says no file selected.

I tested your form on my mobile phone (android) and I wasn't able to replicate this issue:

People cant submit photo files from an iPhone Image 1 Screenshot 20

On which phone did you test this form?

Your form has just been tested over an iPhone 6S with Safari web browser, and the submission went through successfully:

People cant submit photo files from an iPhone Image 1 Screenshot 40

From what you described, we clicked on the Choose File button, and then selected the option to take a picture with the camera:

Camera app opened, we took a picture with the camera covered (hence the blackness), and used Use Photo button:

Submission went through successfully, and you can also see it on your form's submission page:

As the form appears to be working fine when being tested, I would recommend that you first try your form bu using the same direct link you have provided us, and also try that link over another iPhone:

If you are still having issues even on another device, please let us know which web browser you are using when the issue occurs, or anything else you might be doing differently when it fails, as your form seems to be operating as expected from here. Thank you!
