Why is my form not being saved as a submission prior to linking to PayPal?

I was having a problem getting my BUY NOW (Submit) button to actually link to PayPal.  Now, I have that working BUT...

When I populate the fields on my form and then click on the BUY NOW button at the bottom of the page - I am forwarded to PayPal and can process a payment BUT my JotForm info is no longer being saved and I have no record of the form creation (SUBMISSION) in my INBOX.  How do I save the form content prior to launching PayPal?

I have noticed that because I am not fully processing my PayPal transaction when testing that I have a series PENDING TRANSACTIONS. Does the PayPal transaction need to complete successfully before the form data is actually saved as a valid SUBMISSION or should the form data be saved prior to linking to PayPal?

How do I get the entered data to be saved as a form submission in addition to processing my PayPal transaction?

I have tried submitting your JotForm and see that the form is redirecting to PayPal without any issue. Unfortunately, it is not possible to store the submission to the form unless the payment is completed. However, such unpaid submissions are available to view from the Incomplete payments.

Please take a look at the following guide with FAQs of Incomplete payments that can provide you with more information.

The incomplete submissions can be moved to Submissions only by clicking on 'Complete Submission' button from Incomplete submissions. Please be noted that the payment will not be processed by clicking on this button.

If you want to test the transactions, you may consider enabling Sandbox mode so that you can make test payments to the form.
