Our client that's an attorney wants the link they send to their clients not to have jotform in the web address. Is that possible? They will be using a paid plan and will pay extra for this to work.

It is possible to use the custom domain for the forms. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with using Custom domains with JotForm.
