    Hi Team,

There are certain fields which are not captured even after making those fields as "REQUIRED".

I would like to know if we can fill up the missing fields after the submission of the form.

I would also like to know the root cause as to why this happens again and again. This is a repetitive thing wherein I have to track each and every submission.

Are there any specific fields that are not captured, in spite of being marked mandatory? Please provide more details so we can investigate further.

I tried submitting the form but it did not let me proceed without filling the mandatory fields.

I would like to know if we can fill up the missing fields after the submission of the form.

You can edit the submissions please follow the instructions provided at https://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

    Hi,

There are multiple fields which are not captured. The submissions are more than 1000. Its getting difficult to track such submissions. Only, After I download excel, I am able to empty fields (which were kept required).

I cloned the form and tested the cloned form again. All the mandatory fields that are displayed on the screen with specified conditions , gets filled and are stored in the submission data.

The empty fields are the ones that are not displayed on the screen, as the conditions specified did not get fulfill.

If you still face any issue, please provide the specific submission data, mentioning what data is missing, so we can test and troubleshoot at our end.
