How can I get a PDF with everything that's on the form?

    Hello,

I have a form that I customize as an agreement with different customers. There is a lot of information on the form that is not related to a specific question, but listed under a header or as a table in the form. I have the auto-responder set-up to include the PDF link so they have a copy of the agreement, but it's come to my attention that the form they are receiving is only the areas that they fill out, not the entire form. Is there a way to get all the info on that form without having to create a fillable PDF? When I've tried that avenue, it removes certain things like the signature capability and the pre-populated date fields.

    Thanks so much,

    hillary

You just need to enable the Show Headers and Texts option on the PDF Editor, to do so, please follow this guide:

How to Show Headers and Text in the PDF

    Thank you.
