Hi, We have made an HTML/CSS design for the email template which is sent to the applicant after filling in the form on our website (with Jotform of course). The design seems to conflict with the standard CSS you provide. It overrides our CSS design. Can you fix that for us? Because otherwise Jotform is an unacceptable Plug-in for us to use. We are going live within two weeks....

I have cloned your form and inspected custom email Notification and Autoresponder email that you have set.

Your email Notification looks like this. It is the same as on the first screenshot you provided.

Autoresponder email looks like on your second screenshot.

Considering that style of your Autoresponder email is correct I would suggest you to create new email Notification, then copy Source code of your Autoresponder email and paste it inside of Source code of new email Notification.

On my cloned form I have create new Notification with a source code of existing Autoresponder email.

Here is my cloned form: https://form.jotformpro.com/70945254579973

Feel free to clone it and test it.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
