How do I integrate my form with iContact?

I noticed a couple of my forms are not set up with iConatct API. I'd like to have a couple of my forms linked with a specific iContact list (data automatically added) I don't want to screw up anything, so if you can send me/show me a step-by-step ("Integration for Dummies") I would appreciate it.
