    I am directed to the Inbox but there are no options to Approve or Deny on the bottom.

    Hi Zrofinance,

    You can edit the approval email in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how: 

    • In Form builder, select Settings at the top
    • Choose Approval Flows from the left
    • Hover over Approval and click on Pencil icon
    • Select the Approval, and click on Gear icon
    • Click on Edit Email under General Tab
