I'm not receiving paid PayPal form submissions

    I run a coalition and are having an event with vendors. In my products, I've included options for what type of space they will need (community non-profits are free, small businesses are $50). Those who submit under the community non-profit option (no payment), I can see their submission. Those who have paid, I do not see a submission form. I know they have paid as i get a PayPal notification, but I do not get any notification from JotForm.

    Please check the 'incomplete payments' section at JotForm to see if submissions are there. You can manually 'complete' such entries to move them to the regular submissions (note, it will not process any payments).

    If payment is received but submission is placed to the incomplete payments, it usually means that IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) are disabled within your PayPal account settings. See the next guide for more information.
