Form submission email not working

    We have a jotform form 'single contact form' that is used for the majority of our customer online contact submissions. 

     

    starting around the end of last week (?) those emails are no longer coming through. 

     

    We haven't made changes to the form, and other emails are coming in to our emails correctly. The two email accounts the form should be going to are:

    sales@rerack.com

    sales@rerackpdx.com

     

    Please let me know possible solutions for this.

    The two email you provided is in our bounce list. that's the reason why you're not getting notification email.
