    Hi 

    i want renwal submission for yearly but when i get to reneal he less only $91.54 Aand send to my email these message 

    Subscription to Silver Yearly 2017   $390.00  
     
     
      Total   $390.00  
     
     
      Applied balance   -$298.46  
     
     
     

    Paid

     

    		   $91.54

    so i want know why he dont get all pricing

    also i want discount for my education company

    I checked your account and I noticed that you are currently in Silver Yearly Plan for ($390). The amount due for April 17th, 2017 is $91.54 because the Starting Balance ($298.46) was deducted. You can also view your account invoices by following this guide: How to Check Invoices.

    To get an educational discount, you can apply here: https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/. After you have submitted your application, we will review your application and upon approval you will get an email with the instructions on how to get the discounted price.
