Hello,
We changed the e-mail address for the sub-user, but they aren't getting the e-mails. The surveys are still being sent to Nicole@hasson.com, and instead they need to go to team@erinrothrock.com. I've updated the sub-user with this e-mail three times. Can you please make sure that the sub-user is changed correctly to: team@erinrothrock.com

Changing the sub-user email address simply adds that account as a sub-user. It has no impact on your email notifications. If you would like to update the address your email notification goes to, here is how to do so:

I've already changed the sub-user. It says that it's team@erinrothrock.com but they aren't receiving the e-mails. Please update.

Changing the sub-user will not change the address notifications are sent to. If you would like to update the address your email notification goes to, here is how to do so:

You would need to change this individually for each form you want to update.
