All of the forms online are not forwarding to the emails.

    Our online form submissions are not communicating to our email IE: Prescription Request Form, Patient Information Form.

    I have logged into your account to check upon this issue, and I've taken a look at your form email history:

    Based on our logs, all the emails seem to have been sent successfully from our end, and were received by your servers without any error messages or bounces. Here are the latest two emails that were sent from your Prescription Request Form:

    I would recommend that you please check your spam folder, or whether they may be any filters in your mailbox that might be affecting the emails our system is sending from your forms.

    Should the issue persist by any chance, and you do not have any filters or emails filtered into spam, then you may want to try changing the Sender Email of your email notifications from our noreply@jotform.com address to our noreply@formresponse.com address:
