Email Bounce Message

    When I login I am getting this message "Your email is in our bounce list."  I've tried to use the option to change my email but still get the message.  Can you please correct?

    Your email address is in our bounce list due to the following reason: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 permanent failure for one or more recipients

    In case you're still experiencing the issue you could ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses, you will find the info on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
