Allow form submitters to request for status by using the submission ID

I have an auto number field in one of my forms, but I can't figure out where I got it from or how to incorporate into a different form that I've built.  What I want to do is allow form submitters to request a status update on their form by using it's submission ID.

You can put the Submission ID in the autoresponder email so that your users will have a copy of the ID. Here's a screen capture on how to add the tag:
