Do survey respondents need to also have a JotForm account?

If I have a free JotForm account and create a form for my company, do my colleagues that are filling the form out also need to have a JotForm account? Or, do can any respondent fill out the form, and the responses are directly sent to my email?

No, they don't need to sign up for a JotForm account to fill up your form. Any respondent can fill up your form. Please make sure that there's an email notification in your form, here's a guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
