I received email notifications today regarding 6 submissions which happened today, the form is working correctly but the name field was filled with numbers - for all 6 - would anyone know why this is ? Thanks,   I have the emails so have sent emails to connect - my email was also on the bounce list - have removed it now. Thanks

Upon checking your account, I can only have an educated guess that you are referring to this form — http://www.jotformeu.com/form/70736808578369

In order for me to help you, I have created a clone version of your form to my account. I see that the form is using a "Short Text Entry" field or textbox field for its Name field. However, the field's validation is set to "None" that is why it is accepting numeric entries. To fix the issue, please update the validation of the field to "Alphabetic" which can be found in the field's properties under the "Options" tab.

Once you've done that, numeric entries to that field will no longer be possible. If someone attempts to enter a number to the field, the field will give the following warning message (please see image below).

You can also update the warning message to your preference, just follow the instructions on how you can possibly do that in this guide: How-to-Change-Form-Warnings

Note: Please do not forget to click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the "Form Warnings" settings so any updates will be saved properly.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us again anytime.

    Thank you.
