Form Limit Reached?

I have a free account and I used to have 7 forms (long time ago) and it says I've reached my limit.  Anyway, I removed 5 forms, so now I only have two.  However, when I try to create another one, it says I have 7 of 5 forms.  I've already logged out and logged back in and I've also closed my browser and tried again to no avail.  Please help!

I could not replicate the issue at my end. I logged in to your account and tried creating a test form and it got created easily. 

I would suggest you to clear the form cache and the browser cache and check again.
