Client not receiving emails from us.

    How is it that an email address that we have been sending emails to for years with no issue is now going on the bounce list daily?? The email im referring to is Dentalcreationsnj@verizon.net. They have added jotform to their contacts and have also contacted their provided who cannot find an issue on their end. Again, we have been sending emails to this email address since 2014 and have had not issues until this past month!!!

    I see that you are having an issue with your email address suddenly ending up in our bounce list a lot it seems and we do apologize for any frustrations this may have caused you.
