Is there a widget for AVS responses?

Someone made 60 fake charges through our jotform so we need to implement more security measures.  We added CAPTCHA but Paypal is asking us to add more layers.  

Depending on what your requirements are, there are different possibilities for added security.  You can force users to verify the email address entered:

Set up unique submission so users can only submit a single form:

We do not have anything that would force a match between that address and the users PayPal address.
