Hi,
I need to upgrade, and I have chosen silver, and I got a message that it was successfully upgraded.
But it doesn't seems like its beeing upgraded. Can you please look this up for me? -

I did check your account and found that you still have premium monthly subscription and upgrade to silver monthly plan has not gone through.
Since you had older grandfathered premium monthly subscription, that was the reason why you were not able to switch subscription. I have gone ahead and cancelled your premium subscription plan.
