Do your forms save as you fill them out?

When a person is filling out a form, does it save it as they type their answers? 

Can that person access their answers later?

Does that person receive an automatic email after filling out their form, with their answers?

Lastly, do I receive the form with their answers?

If you have a multiple page survey, it is possible to allow for users to save their input data as they go:

You can also allow them to submit a partially completed form and continue with their submission later:
