My understanding is that you want to have your users receive a copy of the PDF submission. If yes, then please set up an autoresponder email and enable the PDF attachment. Here's how:
1. Create an autoresponder email, here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email.
2. Go to the "Advanced" tab and enable the "PDF attachment" option.
