I am trying to create a CC Authorization form

The cc number field masks all numbers but the first four and last with an x when it sendeds t o google drive.

I have cloned your form in order to test on my side. I have made an integration with the Google Spread Sheet. I could not see any input mask on the Credit Card Number account. I did not encounter any issue on the spreadsheet when I sent a test submission to my form. As you can see below screenshot:

Please check your integration. If it doesn't help, please try removing the Google spreadsheet from the form and integrate again. I checked your form and could see that you have the "Credit Card", "Expiration Date" fields. 

Also, I checked your form and could see that you have the "Credit Card", "Expiration Date" fields. You can not directly get personal sensitive information such as password, credit card details. Because it violates our terms of use. If you insist on collecting any of this information, your account will be suspended.

Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. Creating such forms are not allowed. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools.
