What is the correct way to collect credit card information without violating your Terms of Use?

I recently had my three forms disabled because I was informed that I was collecting credit card data incorrectly. Jotform "scrubbed" my forms and removed the credit card number, expiration date and CCV number inputs from these three forms.

However, when I looked at Order Form templates, I saw that these forms templates, such as the Cookie Order Form template, included fields for submitting credit card information. How is this different from the fields I had in my forms to collect this information?

I need to collect this information from clients so I can make their vacation payments to cruise lines and tour companies.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect credit card information by using our custom fields through your form. Collecting sensitive information without using payment tools is going to be detected by our anti-phishing filter tool and the account will be suspended by violating our Terms of Use.

However, you can ask for the contact number of your client on your form so you can call and ask them about their credit card information you need in order to make vacation payments.

The templates "Cookie Order Form" is using a Payment Integration. Credit card information will not be directly made available to you. This information will only be visible to the payment processor.
