i am having issues with the Form Calculation Wizard. This form is for customers to get a quote for services. I have listed all services and added their calculation values in each section. When I go into settings I have added each field that I want to add together. Customers will not select every box, it will be random 7 they will only choose the services they want. Again, when I go into preview, it either shows the wrong amount or nothing at all. I hope this can be fixed because it is the sole purpose of using Jotform.

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, the issue you're having is related to Calculation Values of your fields not properly setup. One example is shown in the image below:

Form Calculation widget is showing an incorrect amount Image 1 Screenshot 20

The image shows that you have only set a calculation value for the third option in that radio button field. I believe that is the reason why it is showing an incorrect amount or no amount at all. Unless you only want a specific option in your radio button/checkbox field to have a value.

To learn more about assigning calculation values, I would suggest you refer to this guide: How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

However if, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please do not hesitate to get back to us. I would also suggest you provide us more details or a clearer description of the issue you are facing. It would also be helpful if you could:

    1. Let us know the output that you are expecting to see.

    2. Explain to us the steps to get that output. (This would be necessary so we can reproduce the issue on our end)

    3. Tell us what should not be happening if the steps are correctly followed.

    Thank you.
