Can we have applicants attach photos to our form and agree to our contract?

    We need to allow our applicants/vendors attach unlimited amounts of photos to their form. Is that possible?

    We also need them to agree to our contracts terms as a vendor on our site. Is there a way to have an "I Agree" button that also sends some form of a confirmation email to our company to store on file?
