Hi
I have had 3 submissions but not received a notification email for the 2nd one (the user did get an auto responder email)
What would the reason for this be as it is important that I am notified and get a copy in inbox

Hi,
The email address in the notification for this form is not in the bounce list, and I checked the mail log, I can see that emails have indeed been sent, please see:
Can you please check your spam folder as sometimes our emails end up there? Also please note that these submissions might have ended up in the incomplete payments folder, to view your incomplete payments, please see:
How-to-view-incomplete-payments

Thank you, I found the missing one in my spam - strange that one should go there but the other ones are ok, I have changed to the response email address and will monitor it.
