I am receiving less form submissions than the 500 suggested by the upgrade message

    A recent email said I have reached my storage limit of 500 forms and suggested I DL and delete them. 

    When I DL the form submissions it shows less than 200 submissions

    Please advise before I delete old submissions

    Upon inspection of your account, I found that while you may be missing to consider the submissions storage that your deleted forms are taking. You can access those forms by clicking on the "Trash" icon.
