To my understanding it seems you are having an issue with your embedded form being cut off.
I tried visiting your site including the url in your screenshot but, I do not currently see the form.
Since you are using a wordpress site it looks like you might want to check out our method for embedding a form on a wordpress.org page to see if that helps.
Usually if it is cut off that is because there is either a conflict or the form has the wrong height value or is held within a container on your webpage that is smaller than what it can show. You can also try controlling it by re-embedding your form via an iframe code to see if that might work.
If that doesn't help then can you please provide us with a link to the page the form is embedded on so we can investigate?

Hi Bdavid,
Height was already set to 582px, I fixed it by removing the script under the iframe, thanks for helping out!
