    Hi!

I want to produce a form with lots of numbers in checkbox matrix, to track racers.

I want five numbers per line on mobile - if I can get more columns on laptop, great.
I also want to be able to control the size of the text and check-boxes, and background colour.

Secondly, it is possible to gt a pre-filled form URL? (i.e. a URL I can sent to people where some of the fields come pre-filled)

    Thanks!

I checked your form and I can see that you already have a lot of options in your checkbox field. You also enabled the "Spread to Columns" option.

You can also use the "Input Table" to create a matrix table field.

Please create your form first and let us know if you're having an issue with the form being responsive in mobile. We can create a custom CSS that can target a specific screen size. It means that the code will only work if the user is using a specific screen. Please check this related guide: How-to-Make-the-Form-Responsive-Using-the-Form-Designer-Tool.

I also want to be able to control the size of the text and check-boxes, and background colour.

You can do this through custom CSS. If you need any help with that, please let us know. Just please provide a detailed information on how you like the fields will appear.

Secondly, it is possible to get a pre-filled form URL? (i.e. a URL I can send to people where some of the fields come pre-filled)

I created a separate thread for this question. Please wait for my reply on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1135658

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

    Thank you for the suggestions.

“Input Table” does not put a label next to each option, which is essential.
I still can’t produce five columns
Making the form responsive does not allow multiple columns on mobile – I still get just one

I also could not increase the spread columns of the Checkboxes on your form https://www.jotform.ca/form/71128056984260 to more than 4 at this time.

Allow me some more time to figure out a workaround. I'll be back shortly.
