I am working with a client's Jotform account that has been autosuspended. How can we fix this?

    The account (PriorityTravel) is currently suspended. This form (https://www.jotform.us/form/71157095927161) violates our terms of use.

    This form is asking for credit card details using regular text fields. Collecting credit card information is not allowed here in JotForm.

    Please advise your client to use one of our payment processors for collecting payments.

    We need to delete the guilty fields so that we can re-activate the account. If that is okay with your client, please let us know. Thank you.

    That is fine. I think that my client is actually deleting these fields now.

    My client and I read the terms and conditions and realize where we made the
    mistake. We will use the payment processors as in instructed. When will we
    be informed of the re-activation of the account? Please advise. Thank you!

    We thank you for your co-operation in this regard. We have now removed the guilty fields on the form and activated the account. However, it is still needed to change the form title and content in the form. Please refrain from adding such fields to the form to avoid any further suspensions on the account.

    In order to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.
