I have a fields on my forms for applicants to attach identification and bank statements. Why can't I open these now? I keep getting a 404 error page from Jot Form.

I have emptied my inbox, so shouldn't I still have access to my free subscription? I don't use many forms and my usage doesn't warrant a paid subscription. Have I been blocked for some reason?

I have examined your account and found that it's active and in a good standing with regards to account limits.

The 404 error means the file you requested is not found. Could you please point us to the form submissions that you are having issues with? That would allow us to inspect and assist you better.

Thank you in advance. We are awaiting your reply.

If you intended to attach a screenshot, please note that it didn't go through. Please consider opening the thread link and attaching it directly in a reply there: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1139139

You may also simply paste the link here if that is more convenient, along with the name of the form and any info about the submission that has it attached.

    Thank you.
