The added user is not receiving new forms

    The added user is not receiving new forms. What do we need to do to make it work?

    If you mean to send the form emails to your sub-users. You need to add their email addresses in the form email settings.

    The sub-users in your account are already registered. You have shared your forms with full access. They should be able to add their email address in the email settings.
