We have found occasionally that some form submissions are not being sent through to the recipients. Can you please advise if this is a common issue?

Did you mean you aren't able to receive some of the email notifications of your form? I checked the email logs of the email recipient (firstname.lastname@example.org) and base from the logs, it seems that the emails alerts are being delivered successfully to the email recipient.
You can also check your Email History to see if the emails are being sent or not. Please refer to this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History.
Could you please try also checking it on your Spam/Junk inbox if the emails were landed there?
