it says my email is on the bounce list. What is this how can i get my email address off this to access the responses to my survey?

I checked our bounce list and it looks like your address has already been removed.  On a side note, hotmail.com email addresses tend to reject emails quite frequently.  This results in the address being placed in our bounce list.
