Increasing file size max on photo submission

Hi there, 

I have upgraded my plan to the silver level, in hopes of being able to have individuals upload images files larger than 1MB. However, it seems that that is not the case. 

Is there anyway to increase the max photo file size? Please let me know ASAP as this is an urgent issue.
