i tried to click the disable/enable button but it didn't help

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, when I checked the forms under your account (UBAM_McDonough), I was able to view them without being prompted by any error message. Upon checking further, I found out that a separate thread was previously opened for your concern and one of my colleagues already responded to it.
