In the last week, everyone who has tried to complete any of my forms gets a frozen white screen. All of my forms are attached to Paypal and this has happened with 3 different forms: newborn booking form, family booking form, and my baby/children booking form. I have not changed anything with jot form or PayPal in over a year. This has been very frustrating for my clients. Any ideas what is going on? Thank you

In most cases, this is because the forms are embedded using our default embed script and there's a conflict in the page causing it to freeze up on submit. You can fix this by re-embedding the form using our iframe method:
If the iframe won't fix it, please share with us the URLs of the page where the forms are embedded so we can check and investigate further.
